#80 gloss text is best for single sided sell sheets, catalog sheets or menus. Use #100 gloss text if you want to insure that text and graphics are not visible on the reverse side of your promotional material.

#80 gloss cover is ideal for promotional material that requires a substantial, sturdy feel. If a more rigid paper is required, use #100 gloss cover. Remember that #100 gloss cover requires scoring if it is to be folded . Eighty pound cover requires no scoring to fold.

Remember to review the corresponding section of the Pantone book that specifies coated or uncoated stock when determining how a Pantone ink will appear. If you choose an uncoated paper such as White Laser Opaque, review the "U" or uncoated section of the Pantone book.
 

Our two color selection includes black and one Pantone color. Please specify your Pantone color in the menu selection.

Pantone colors may look different when converted to process colors (CMYK). If you dont want the expense of a fifth color, determine the closest process color substitute to your desired Pantone color, and use that equivalent.

If the closest CMYK equivalent for a Pantone color is not close enough to your desired color, we can use a specialty Pantone ink. This will increase your costs.

If your screen is not properly calibrated both Pantone and process colors may not display accurately.

If your document has heavy ink coverage, varnish is advisable.

If small lettering exists (under 6 point) as a color other than black, cyan, magenta or yellow, it is advisable to create a fifth Pantone color so the fine text prints clearly and visibly.

If a rich black background is required, it is best to set that background up as a composite of 40% cyan, 40% magenta, 30% yellow, and 100% black.
 

#80 Coated Cover requires scoring in order to fold.

When designing tri-fold and quad-fold brochures, allow adequate and even spacing between columns to accomodate folding.

Remember that interior panels can be between 1/16 and 1/32 narrower. Design your brochure accordingly.
 

If you have different sets of brochures with identical specifications and quantity, use set pricing.
